It is an important step to set up your Touch n’ Go e-Wallet. As your eWallet will be linked to your VEP-RFID tag and able to automatically pay for your road charges in Malaysia and top-up your Touch n’ Go card whenever you need it as it is linked to your credit card.

1. Download the app on Apple App Store or Google Playstore
2. Create Account and add your Singapore or Malaysia phone number to receive the one time password (OTP)
3. Enter the OTP when prompted to set your 6 digit PIN and security information
4. Enter your personal details, and complete the account verification process if you want to unlock full account feature
5. And… you’re ready to go!
After setting up your e-Wallet, make sure you choose the correct ID type. If you choose the wrong ID, your e-wallet and VEP might not be synchronized. The compilation of your VEP-RFID tag might also be delayed.
• Download and open your Touch ‘n Go eWallet App on Apple App Store or Google Playstore.
• Click on RFID icon and ‘Activate RFID Tag’.
• Enter your personal and vehicle details.
• Scan the VEP-RFID Tag or key in your tag number
• Activation will be within 24 hours.
