  • Contact Our Representative

    Fill up your contact details online and shortly after, we’ll hear from one of our dedicated representatives who will be in touch with you to answer all of your buying concerns.

  • Book Your Dream Car

    Once you’re ready, our representative will approach you with the relevant identification and supporting documents. Thereafter, a digital sales agreement will be emailed to you for your review and for your e-signature.

  • Collection of Deposit

    Upon confirmation of your Sales Agreement, your appointed representative will provide you the information to make the deposit payment for your vehicle. You can choose to pay online via PayNow or Direct Bank deposit.

  • Approval of Documents

    Once everything’s approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a receipt for your deposit. Congratulations - you’re a new car owner!

  • Delivery of Car

    Given the current situation, if your Certification of Entitlement (COE) was secured prior to Circuit Breaker, your new car will be processed for delivery from 2 June 2020.

    If your COE has not been secured, the expected delivery will be 3-4 weeks from the first COE bidding exercise after circuit breaker (subjected to LTA’s advisory on the resumption of COE bidding exercise).

    For your newly purchased pre-owned car, delivery will be arranged from 2 June 2020.

    Contactless delivery will be available. Our pre-delivery team will be available during the delivery to explain and go through the warranty and servicing packages. An inspection of the car will be done before we hand over the keys to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Am I still able to find out more on the car models or book a new vehicle during the closure? Yes, you may. Now, you can explore more on our range of cars in the comfort of your home via our Virtual Showroom. Kindly fill up the model of interest here and a sales representative will get in touch with you.
  • Can I cancel my service appointment within the circuit breaker period and postpone to another date? All regular vehicle servicing will be cancelled during circuit breaker period as it is classified as non-essential service. You will be required to re-book your preferred servicing date after circuit breaker is lifted.
  • How long will I now have to wait to get my new car? All new cars booked will be subjected to final loan approval before proceeding with COE bidding and registration. For new cars booked (with loan approved) during circuit breaker period, do expect a 3-4 weeks waiting time after the commencement of first COE bidding exercise after circuit breaker is lifted.
  • My warranty is expiring soon. Will there be an extension? Warranty extension would be given to owners with existing warranty expiring on or after 7 April 2020 to 1 June 2020. These affected warranties will be extended for 2 months based on original expiry date.
  • I want to test drive a new vehicle; how do I go about doing this? Test drive is classified as non-essential service; hence this function will only be made available after circuit breaker is lifted. All bookings made during CB period would be subjected to Full Refund clause subjected to physical viewing of the Booked Vehicle.
